MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Offensify Siber Güvenlik Pazaryeri Bilişim Anonim Şirketi ("Offensify"), a company registered under the laws of Turkey with tax registration details Maltepe V.D: 6341065206, and the individual or entity agreeing to these terms ("Member").

By signing up for membership with Offensify, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully before proceeding.

1. DEFINITIONS

• Platform: Refers to the Offensify website and any related services provided by Offensify.
• Member: Refers to any individual or entity who registers and maintains an active membership with Offensify.
• Services: Refer to any tools, resources, or solutions provided by Offensify to its members.
• User Account: Refers to the personal or corporate account created by the Member on the Offensify platform.

2. MEMBERSHIP TERMS

2.1 Membership Eligibility

• Membership is available to individuals and legal entities who meet the eligibility requirements set forth by Offensify.
• Members must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process.

2.2 Membership Activation

• Membership is activated upon successful registration and approval by Offensify.
• Offensify reserves the right to refuse membership applications at its sole discretion.

2.3 Account Security

• Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
• Any unauthorized use of an account must be reported to Offensify immediately.

3. MEMBERSHIP FEES AND PAYMENTS

3.1 Membership Tiers

• Offensify may offer different membership levels with varying benefits and pricing.
• Details of membership tiers will be provided on the Offensify platform.

3.2 Payment Terms

• Membership fees, if applicable, shall be paid in accordance with the pricing and payment policies provided on the Offensify platform.
• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

3.3 Subscription Renewal & Termination

• Memberships may be renewed automatically unless canceled by the Member.
• Offensify reserves the right to terminate or suspend membership for violations of this Agreement or failure to comply with payment obligations.

4. MEMBER OBLIGATIONS

4.1 Compliance with Laws

Members must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Offensify platform.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

• Members shall not engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities on the platform.
• Misuse of Offensify services or violations of security policies may result in account suspension or termination.

4.3 Intellectual Property

• Any content, trademarks, or intellectual property provided by Offensify remain the property of Offensify.
• Members may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit Offensify's intellectual property without written consent.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Offensify shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its platform or services.

Offensify does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and shall not be responsible for any technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

6. TERMINATION

Members may terminate their membership at any time by following the cancellation procedures outlined on the Offensify platform.

Offensify reserves the right to terminate or suspend membership for violations of this Agreement or misuse of its services.

7. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Istanbul, Turkey.

8. AMENDMENTS

Offensify reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
